The bans are likely inconsistent because the people are inconsistent. There’s probably dozens of people dealing with complaints and each one has a different idea of what to do. The thing I find more shitty is that the channel just disappears. If they put a notice that a person is banned or something, that would be vastly better than it just vanishing from the internet.

Twitch chat got their money’s worth with that one. Not only was that absolute comedy gold, but they got one one Wubby because now he has to live with that sex doll forever. He can’t just put it in the trash, he’s essentially stuck with it.
