Keep this under your hats, but... Panadol Osteo. It's kept behind the counter, and they've only been letting you buy one pack at a time for AGES now (not related to covidiot panic buying).

This is the good shit, I laugh at people with their normal panadol and it's piddly 500mg of Paracetamol per tablet. Each Osteo tablet has 665mg and lasts way longer than normal shit.
4 of these fuckers in the morning and you're sorted for the day.
