GOOD. I’m not exactly thrilled that Biden is going to be the candidate, but he’s good enough I guess.

Don’t tell us if you are ahead of us on the math.
That’s what he said to the staff too before airing this.

I want to imagine there was a producer in the booth that had a horrible realization come over them in waves as this aired. I've been there myself, it definitely sucks. :olol:

But kudos for saying there's too much money in politics, I guess. Clips like this are proof that 24-hour news pundits are a scourge on our mental health.

I know a good number of Warren supporters and they've been posting about on social media. I keep hearing how sexism and misogyny are big reasons why she lost, along with all the toxic Bernie Bros harassing others online. I feel like I've always been supportive of gender equality, and I just don't think that gender had much to do with Warren's loss.

Her and Bernie had the same chance to run in 2016, but the latter was the one who created a grassroots political campaign while the other supported Hilary Clinton. Warren came out with guns ablaze about being a progressive, but then kept inching closer to the moderate standpoint. Meanwhile, Bernie has not moved from his political stances (for better or worse).

It's frustrating to see the moderate candidates (Klobuchar, Buttigieg) immediately fall into rank and file with their leading candidate while Warren isn't taking any initiative to unite with Bernie. Especially since both the Warren and Sanders platforms are pretty close in comparison to Biden.

But I feel like if I talk to others about this supposed sexist double standard against Warren, I'll be cast off into the pit of scumbag and asshole misogynists.

Warren appealed to college educated white women and guys pretending they supported her hoping to get dates with college educated white women. She was Hillary without the minority voter appeal, and Hillary wasn't great with that either.

She also lost early momentum because her I HAVE A PLAN!!!! gimmick went too far on health care by not being realistic. Neither is Bernie's but he gets away with it.

If saying this is sexist I don't care, it's the truth.

Then why was he able to do it the other 40 years he's been in the public eye? I'm not saying he has Alzheimer's, but at the very least he's very fatigued and making mistakes he wasn't in 2012 that way.
