My computer was too loud!

So I fixed it!
I HAD:
3X Corsair AF120 Performance Edition High Airflow 120mm Fans
3X Corsair AF140L 1000 RPM, 67.43 CFM, 140mm fans
with my Core i7 4790K and Gigabyte 1070 Windforce each running at stock in a Corsair Obsidian 750D case.

Took all the panels off the case, took all the fans out, underclocked the CPU to 1.025 volts at 3.95GHz max, locked the GPU to a base clock of 1506 and set the threshold for the fans to 80 degrees.
I have a corsair HX750i PSU that doesn't put the fan on at all untill it's at 99.999999% capacity.
So now I have 1 fan, which is CPU, which is as slow as it can idle... My computer makes so little noise it is annoying!!!

I've made my computer SO FUCKING GOOD that I can hear the smallest bullshit changes...
I can hear my hard drives spinning up when I open my D folder.
I can hear coil whine on my GPU when I open ANY game.
I can hear the PSU making odd noises when I do anything but idle.

By making a silent PC (10dB is the sound of a PIN DROPPING, fan is less than that) I've ruined it...

If I hold my breath, I can't hear my computer over a still night outside.
the new dB rating should be:
60: conversational speech
50: light traffic, refrigerator
40: babbling brook
30: whisper
20: rustling leaves
10: Pin dropping
Less: Ian's Computer!!!

fan makes NO SOUND.. so I can hear all the other bullshit the computer does... Fucking coil whine makes more noise than a pin dropping!!!
BAH!
even if I went passive cooling I'd still have to hear that noisy fucking electricity do it's job!!!

I want a 0dB high performance computer!!

Silence was legit pissing me off so I put a fan back in it..
