That would be funny if it was Bruce because the sentence starts "I'm not a WWE apologist."

NIA?!?!?
Oh shit, Rock ain't coming back.
Poor Harry Smith. He got one 5 minute dark match. I hope he goes to AEW. I know Keith will be. Ember too if she isn't injured too badly.

Yeah, she's a rotten bitch.
With this news and ROH, the indies are going to be stacked.
Keith Lee, Mia Yim & Ember Moon should be the main people AEW look at.

Re: WWE Thread (Spoilers)
I was always surprised she never went to WWE because I thought Vince were would like that her arms are bigger than Chyna and Beth. But she's only been wrestling 2 years so there's still time if they really want her. But if Jonathan Gresham goes to AEW maybe she will too. Especially if she's pissed off they fired her best friend Taya.

Re: WWE Thread (Spoilers)
Conference Call notes.
-Nick Khan said on the conference call WWE isn't even interested in signing established wrestlers to developmental any more, they want athletes to come in and learn how to wrestle.
-Stephanie said their goal is to make wrestlers more like Marvel characters. So get ready for a real shit sundae if you think the current stuff is bad.
-They're in talks to sell the UK rights to WWE Network to BT Sports like they did in America with Peacock.
-This quarter did $43 million in profits, down from $48 million last quarter. In all of 2021 their profits are $115 million on $750 million in revenue. They have $600 million cash on hand.
-They've drawn $28 million in house show revenue since coming back.
-Merchandise sales were at $8 million.
-It was hinted they're leaving Hulu at the end of 2022 to be 100% streaming weekly TV shows 2 days after they airon Peacock in America.
-They plan on doing more children shows with Netflix.
-Khan said he's seen the first episode of the Netflix Vince documentary and calls it "Out of this world amazing." (he loves sucking Vince's dick.)

Re: WWE Thread (Spoilers)
That's interesting since I read a while back BT were putting up BTSports on the block with DAZN in advanced talks back in September to buy them. Would be smarter for WWE to get the rights off BT and work with Sky again who I believe are getting Peacock on demand service soon-They're in talks to sell the UK rights to WWE Network to BT Sports like they did in America with Peacock.
https://www.skygroup.sky/article/comcas ... ing-to-sky
So it would be much easier having the US network available to the UK. As for the releases with the amount of names available it would be a very good time for a third company to come into existence. But I don't think the market is there anymore for wrestling like it was even a year or two ago. Which is why ROH are on hiatus and ratings wise WWE and AEW arent what they were. Maybe wrestling needs an off season to freshen things up.
In the break put shows together recapping the "season", wrestler profiles so for a casual viewer you become more accustomed to who everyone is etc plus in the downtime it gives everyone time to rest up and creative to work out new storylines and such. Plus win/loss records could come more into play too since statistics would have more relevance.

Re: WWE Thread (Spoilers)
Peacock isn't very good. It crashes all of the time and doesn't have segment selection like WWE Network. BT can't be any worse than Peacock.

Hey, now there'll be even more of a split between professional wrestling, which I love, and SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT, which I hate.
Fine by me.
