We are at 20 years past the last solid season.

The movie was the last bit of new Simpsons that I've watched, and season 13 (2001-02) has the last few episodes I remember. People act weird when I say it's my favorite show, but have seen less than a third of it.

Not that I really mind that they keep making new episodes, as long as someone likes them I guess. At this point, I want them to keep making episodes just to see how long it can go (but I won't watch them ).

I'd imagine they'd have to stop when one of the main voice actors dies. But then again maybe they can keep going digitally.

Maybe someone can use "modern editing techniques" to create a Simpsons AI program to write new scripts and use the 30+ seasons of voicework to create new dialogue!
