Why does Shane Douglas always pose like he angrily wants to grab some tits.

Those Leaf cards are actually drawings. Shane likes to angrily grab tits in his drawings too.

So my first lot of stuff from Cherry Collectables arrived today. But first up, I'll talk about the lunchtime NBA break.

I was number 19 (of 30) to buy in, and after the random draw I ended up with New Orleans Pelicans. Oh boy! Here's my chance to get some mega expensive Zion card. Except of course no Zion insert appeared. None of the inserts in any of the boxes ended being that great, they looked good but they were mainly common players. I did get Zion's base Panini rookie card, which is cool. I essentially broke even or maybe lost a little bit of money, but that's alright. Cheaper than buying an actual pack.

Cherry's Pound Of NBA boxes are pretty cool. AU$25 for about 250 cards per box with an insert in each one. You get a heap of cards from the latest series, which includes very nice looking sets like Prizm & Optics. One insert was a Yante Maten rookie auto and the other was an Enes Kanter jersey card. Nothing special but still nice. There was also a Tyler Herro Blue Chips rookie card plus other cards like LeBron, Ben Simmons, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, Karl Malone etc.

I also got 2 packs of AFL Dominance 2020. They're premium cards and not that easy to get because they are sold out at most places. Open up the first pack and there's a Jacob Weitering Players Ink autograph card in it. Checked the sold auctions on ebay and it's going for around $60-$70. Not too shabby.

Did another order and thought about getting another Pound Of NBA but I probably have enough common cards now, so went with their smaller & cheaper Star Pack, which comes with an insert and 5 star player cards. 7 packs of those. Also got a Pound Of Pokemon box, which comes with 400 common cards and a few inserts.

Do you know who would never screw you out of a mega expensive rookie card?

The price goes up $5,000 if the God of Sports Cards gets his DNA on it.

A bunch of the mystery packs have arrived. Overall they have been average but nothing terrible. I now have a bunch of NBA autograph cards, which 25 years ago would have been pretty huge. Now, it's not so big of a deal because everyone does auto cards, even bench guys.

The Cherry packs were pretty good. The hits in them were fairly average but the common cards of star players were pretty good, Shaq, Kobe, LeBron etc., so they are decent value for money. I'll get some more.

The ebay ones were OK. Nice looking cards of average players. I probably won't get anymore from ebay although it was good to expand my current day NBA collection.

If it's white juice, the cards are worth seventy five percent less.

I bought a box of Topps WWE Chrome 2020. They were too expensive but couldn't resist. 2 autos per box and the cards look great.

Hopefully the autos I get aren't Bo Dallas and Zack Ryder.

That would be just what I want.

One of the auto cards is Lord Tensai. In 2020. It's a Shocking Wins insert. That's the kind of auto Bo & Zack are as well.

He should just sign it as Prince Albert since at least people remember that gimmick.

So I found some cards.
About 100-130 Select 1995 AFL offical collector cards, series 1.

And a complete set of Topps Jurassic Park trading card series.1-109.
Which means I am closer in the shed to my Pokémon cards.

Will take some pics of the AFL ones for you Zoidberg.
If I should Die Hard Arcade before I Alan Wake.
PREY the Lords of Lore my Soul Calibur to Take
