I forgot they didn't even tell him his show would be ending in 3 weeks.

:frown: Another good reason to avoid ESPN commentary when possible. That's a bad way to go out, especially for someone who's worked there for 20+ years.

Keyshawn Johnson will be replacing him. I'm going to guess Jon Gruden won't be a guest on the show.

Nobody was more entertaining than Vick when he'd go Full Madden.

Ahh yeah the Dream Team, this was peak Philly football. They had a team of physical freaks, but couldn't make it in playoffs. My team sucked ass back then, so Michael Vick were a fun distraction from watching Donovan McNabb's funeral tour. A season before, you had the Eagles scoring four touchdowns with seven minutes left to upset the Giants in legendary fashion. Vick, McCoy, Jackson, Maclin, and Celek were all great players but they just couldn't get everything lined up for a good playoff run.

I forgot he was a Viking. I thought he retired a Redskin.

I wished he had :olol: but he's yet another soul buried in our QB graveyard

Or at least the Christian media equivalent in some sort of Kirk Cameron-directed abomination :olol:

I'm not surprised either, Kirk sounds like a lot of the folks here in the Upper Midwest. It's part of this sanctimonious self-reliance bullshit that we dish out to ourselves that makes us feel better about living in the middle of nowhere. I get it, there's no better feeling than having control and being at peace. But maybe we shouldn't be so flippant towards a mystery virus that leaves some people with debilitating health concerns.

I wonder if he'll do the typical defensive all-star move and get signed elsewhere for a few years and then retire with the Broncos? It seems like that always happens when star players get hurt later in their careers.

He'll only retire once he has his alimony situation figured out.

Terrell Suggs still wants to play and is from Minneapolis. Maybe he can get another bench year there and Miller being from Dallas and join Team Jerry for 2022 if we are all still alive by then.

Also on a side note the Eagles swear Giant Prince Harry will last and this will be The Year. Honestly since the real Harry Windsor is in America now they should just suit him up.

Another aide note I still didn't buy Madden 21 because I heard it sucked ass even though I want to support my hero Lamar Jackson. But when I want to Target they only had the $100 version left and given the reviews I don't want to spend that much on a game I'll hate.

Skip acting like the entire team isn't taking fistfuls of Zoloft by December.

I'm not shocked, especially since this is Missouri/Kansas:
