Oh well, that sucks. I liked Panini's WWE releases.
I've heard briefly about Fanatics and Panini in a podcast and breakshow I watch/listen to, is Fanatics the company that is just doing whatever the fuck and getting all exclusivity deals at the moment? Seems bad for card collectors.

Unrelated to the above, I bought some F1 trading cards with a mate. There was nothing interested in the ones I've opened but if I find anything good I'll post it :olol:

Fanatics are getting the rights to everything. NBA, NFL, MLB, WWE etc.

They recently bought Topps, who used to to WWE cards. They were OK but everything was a bit plain when compared to Panini, especially when it comes to parallels, plus Panini really crank out the autos.

The F1 cards look cool. I have thought about buying some, but mainly just the cards of the cars.

So will those cards go up in value now that the deal ended prematurely?

They should stretch it out with pit crew members. "This is Jim, he puts the gas in."

It's hard to say, because Panini do overproduce their cards, so they base and regular inserts won't rise. The shorter print parallels and autos should rise. Sealed hobby boxes will rise in the years to come.

Panini still have Elite listed as coming out and places are still taking pre-orders for it.

I'm just hoping Topps/Fanatics look at what Panini did with Select 2023 when it comes to parallels and inserts, because the cards look really nice.

Panini still have the UFC license.

Jackson Merrill is from Baltimore. He's signed by the San Diego Padres but currently in their minor league program because he's young.

There's a card store about 5 mins from my house, so I bought some 2021/2022 Prizm NBA cards. This is the best card I've pulled so far, I think

I was talking to the dude there and he said the owner has a deal with Panini, so if I want something specifically he should be able to order it in for me

Nice card.

Some of the /50 & /75 have sold for between $30 to $40 on ebay.

There are two to /5 on there, one priced at $500 and another at $5000.

I'd guess around $150 to $200 for 7/10.

Edit: Oh wait, that was the US ebay I was looking at, so convert those prices to Australian.

That's what I was finding too. I'd be happy with the $150-$200USD range

Another nice card. Scottie Barnes is a good player.

Someone has the 8/10 priced at US$450.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/403812320980

That seems a bit high but it looks like it's worth something.

Oooh, I didn't find that one when searching. Cheers Z!

I'll hold onto it for a bit. If he has a great career it might be worth holding being a rookie card

I got some of the NBA Mystery Boxes off Cherry. You get a pack, an auto and a few other cards for $30.

Every NBA Box Contains:

- 3 x NBA Toploaded Cards
- 1x NBA Pack
- 1x Autograph or Jersey Card
- Chance at a Mystery Prize (1 in 5 Boxes on average)

Mystery Prizes include:

- Minor Prize (1:5) Rare NBA Pack
- Major Prize (1:25) Superstar Autograph
- Monster Prize (1:100) - Graded Star Card

Opened one up and there was a little white card at the bottom of the box. I got the 1:100 graded star card redemption. I'll send it off tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how big the card is.

I also bought a Josh Giddey rookie auto.

I have 3 other auto cards of his but they are all cheaper second year cards.
