Got a lol today.
used my trial for 14 days PS plus, went to delete my CC info, and it asked for a password I couldn't remember. so I requested password change, then guessed password and got the free games. All the emails from Sony purchases ended up in the spam folder of outlook..
Microsoft determines that Emails for 5 years telling me I have a miniscule amount of points/dollars in my account are worthy of being put in my main inbox, and then the new stupid FOCUSED inbox.. but actual purchase reciepts are spam.. :olol:

I was going to ask why no Switch version, but it has to be 20 years old before Capcom will even consider it.
I can't get no...

Okami's sales were pretty shit, so putting it on a platform where ONLY Nintendo games sell would be even worse.
What they should do is not call it Okami, simply call it "Mario Wolf Kingom" and keep the game the same but with Mario following you and it would fly off the shelves.
You watch, I bet that Mario Rabbits game sells better in 6 months than Okami ever will in lifetime sales. Actually, Mario has just been done with rabbits, don't wanna overdo it, better call Okami "The legend of Zelda: Eye of the wolf"
Every switch owner would buy it then, and the development would actually be worth the time :owink:

(Come to think of it, Legend of Zelda: Eye of the wolf is a better title than breath of the wild.. )

Okami was a huge disappointment of a game. I tried so hard to love that game and put at least 20 hours into it. But eventually I faced the reality that the game just sucked.

It sold roughly around the same on PS2 and Wii, it wouldn't cost much to port and it's probably going to be a digital only release, so there's no real reason why it shouldn't be on switch.

I thought about getting the Wonder Boy DT one but the price was a bit much with shipping to Australia. Think I would have struggled to get one anyway, when I checked 8 minutes after it went up they were all gone.

Play-Asia have physical versions of Wonder Boy & Ys Origin so I might end up getting those. Maybe just YsO for the Vita.

Oh man, Fear Effect is a series that needed to be revisited. I'm a little sad they ditched the cel-shading, though.

That's a strange game to revive. I don't remember the series ever being all that popular.

Rockstar Games Announces 4 New Versions of L.A. Noire coming November 14, 2017

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 7, 2017-- Rockstar Games®, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO), is proud to announce new versions of the blockbuster detective thriller, L.A. Noire, are scheduled to release on November 14, 2017 for the Nintendo Switch™ system, PlayStation®4 computer entertainment systems and for Xbox One games and entertainment systems.

Alongside these three new console versions comes LA Noire: The VR Case Files, featuring seven select cases from the original game rebuilt specifically for a virtual reality experience on the HTC VIVE™ system.

L.A. Noire takes place in the seedy and violent underbelly of 1940’s Los Angeles as decorated veteran and newly minted detective, Cole Phelps investigates an escalating series of cases inspired by real-world crimes. Each successfully solved case brings Phelps greater success, but also brings him closer to the dark criminal heart of post-war L.A. The game was an Official Selection of the Tribeca Film Festival for its cinematic approach to gameplay and narrative.

Utilizing a unique type of facial capture technology called MotionScan, L.A. Noire breathes unprecedented life into character performances, creating brand new gameplay out of the art of interrogation.

“We’re excited to bring L.A. Noire’s unique mix of real detective work, classic Hollywood atmosphere and thrilling action to these new platforms,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. “Now with a choice of spectacular virtual reality, stunning 4K, or the freedom of portable play, these enhanced versions are a perfect opportunity for players to experience this richly detailed world in a whole new way."

L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files for HTC Vive delivers seven of the original engrossing, self-contained cases from LA Noire rebuilt specifically for virtual reality, blending breathtaking action with true detective work to deliver an unprecedented interactive experience.

L.A. Noire for the Nintendo Switch features the complete original game and all additional downloadable content, with specific enhancements including a Joy-Con mode with gyroscopic, gesture-based controls, HD rumble and new wide and over-the-shoulder camera angles, plus contextual touch screen controls for portable detective work.

L.A. Noire for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One delivers the complete original game and all additional downloadable content with a range of technical enhancements for greater visual fidelity and authenticity, including enhanced lighting and clouds, new cinematic camera angles, high resolution textures and more. L.A. Noire plays natively in 1080p for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, and stunning 4K for PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X, capturing the grit and grime of the City of Angels like never before.
Cool. It looked good last gen, so the 4k versions will look nice. A handheld version on the Switch should be good as well.
